Despite the popularity of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, it’s not difficult to quickly spot one of its most noticeable flaws, and that’s the lack of storage space. And we hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it looks like the 32GB GSM models are slowly dwindling away from online vendors. According to online retailer Expansys-USA, Samsung Corp has canceled the popular Google experience phone though most only believed it to be delayed. Why should one care? Well, if you’re the type who has a but-load of music, video and pics, you’re going to be hard pressed with just a 16 GB model in your hand. Recall that the device does not have expandable storage by way of an SD card slot, so what you get is what you got. And that will most certainly be a big deal breaker for most. So, if you’re looking for a 32 GB G-Nex, it looks like Verizon might be your only choice at the moment. Expansys made an official comment regarding the matter and it appears that Samsung has dropped the device from production altogether.
And according to the site, the device was showing “discontinued” and now seems to be nowhere in view. Stay tuned as we dig a little deeper for you and feel free to rant as much as you want in the comments below. We’ve just been notified this morning that Samsung have dropped the Galaxy Nexus 32GB from production. At this time it looks like they will not be releasing it. Not good news at all.Corey
