It is no news that Samsung plans on releasing the latest update of Google’s Ice Cream Sandwich to the Galaxy S II. Through a Twitter post a month back, the brand said that the smartphone would receive the upgrade, but there was no confirmation as to when the rollout would actually take place. According to an announcement by Samsung, the time frame for the rollout of Android 4.0 has become fairly clear with the brand stating that it would release the OS to the Galaxy S II and the Galaxy Note in the first quarter of 2012
