The successor of highly successful Exynos 4210processor has been announced by Samsung. Exynos 5250 has two 2GHz cores [ARM Cortex A15] built on the 32nm manufacturing process. It provides double the performance of the previous Cortex A9 cores, the Exynos 4210 was using.
This processor is 4X faster than previous one in 3D department. Exynos 5250 supports screen resolutions up to WQXGA 2560×1600 pixels. This processor will power Samsung’s new mobiles and tablets in 2012. Mass production of the processor will start in Q2,2012.
