If you are one of the folks that got hands on the cool Samsung Galaxy Note, you probably could do with some extra battery power. The Galaxy Note is a very cool device that has a big screen and skirts the size difference between a smartphone and a small tablet.
With a big screen, I would bet that many people would be using it for surfing the web and viewing a lot of streaming video. That means that the battery won’t be lasting that long. Mugen Power has a new extended battery that will land soon with 4500mAh of power inside. The battery is the HLI-N7000XL.
The stock battery has 2500mAh of power making the Mugen version 80% higher capacity. Naturally, the downside will be a thicker and heavier device than with the normal battery inside. A bit of extra heft is better than the device going dead on you though.
